AI Receptionists and Business Automations

An assistant that answers the same twenty questions at midnight, in Greek or English, and hands over a booking when the answer is yes.

  • Most enquiries are the same handful of questions. Answering them automatically buys back the hours you spend retyping them.
  • Grounded in your real information, so it quotes your hours, your prices and your policies rather than inventing them.
  • Hands off to a human or a booking form the moment it is out of its depth, instead of guessing.
  • Spend is capped per user and per session, so an abusive loop cannot turn into a runaway bill.

Common questions

What stops it from making things up?

It answers from your own information rather than from general knowledge, and it is built to say it doesn't know and pass you the enquiry instead of filling the gap. No system is perfect at this, which is why the handover matters more than the cleverness.

Could it cost me a fortune in usage?

Not without you deciding to raise the ceiling. Usage is capped per visitor and per session, so the worst case is that the assistant stops answering, not that you get an unexpected invoice.

Does it replace answering the phone?

It replaces the repetitive part of it. The calls worth your voice still reach you, and the assistant absorbs the ones asking whether you're open on Sunday.

Where does the conversation data go?

Into your own logs, so you can read them. It isn't used to train a model, and the privacy policy on your site says so in plain terms, which GDPR requires you to be able to show.
