Service
Booking, Reservation and CRM Systems
Take bookings around the clock, with deposits when you want them, and pay no commission on a single one.
- No commission per booking. The portals take a cut of every reservation; your own system takes none.
- Deposits collected online when a no-show actually costs you something.
- Availability that reflects how you really work: turnaround times, staff, seasons, minimum stays.
- Every booking checked on the server, so nobody can book a slot that isn't free by editing the request.

Common questions
Will this replace Booking.com or the portals?
Not straight away, and I wouldn't advise cutting them off. The point is to shift the guests who already know you onto a direct booking that costs you no commission, while the portals keep bringing new ones.
Can it sync with a calendar I already use?
Usually yes. Most calendars and channel managers speak a common format, so dates blocked in one place can show as blocked in the other. I'll check yours specifically before promising it.
What happens with cancellations?
You set the policy and the system enforces it: a window in which a deposit is refundable, and what happens after it. The customer sees the terms before paying, which is both fairer and required.
Can staff use it without training?
That's the intent. The admin side is built around the few things you do every day, not around every option that could exist. I walk you through it once at handover and stay reachable after.
