Common questions
Why not Shopify or WooCommerce?
Both work, and for some shops they're the right answer. The tradeoff is a monthly fee plus, on some plans, a cut of every sale, and a checkout you can only change as far as the platform allows. A custom shop costs more up front and nothing per sale after that. If your volume is low and you want to start tomorrow, I'll tell you to use a platform.
How do payments work in Greece?
I connect a payment provider so card payments land straight in your business account. You keep the merchant relationship and I never touch the money. Cash on delivery and bank transfer can sit alongside cards if your customers expect them.
Can I move my existing shop over?
Yes. Products and customers can be imported, and the old product URLs get redirected to the new ones so the rankings and links you've already earned follow you across.
Is it hard to add products myself?
No. You get an admin area where adding a product is a form: name, price, photos, stock. If you can post to Instagram you can run the shop.
